We are safe and sound in Cochabamba. At our hotel!
The group is boarding our overnight flight to la Paz right now! Next time you hear from us will be in our hotel! Everyone is doing well! With less than 48 hours till take off, I'm getting a little anxious that I haven't even started packing my allowed 2 carry on sized bags and 1 purse. That's seriously all we get to live out of for 2 weeks.
I'm not anxious about the trip or nervous about the experiences I'm about to have in foreign country. I'm not really even worried about the language barrier. I believe in the leaders who have planned and prayed over us for months and I believe in Ninos Con Valor. I believe that God called each and every one of us to this trip. I believe that we all have something to offer and that Bolivia has something to offer all of us. I'm excited with what truly may be nervous energy but I know it's all in God's hands now and that He's gonna have our backs if we let Him. That doesn't mean we will get the easy road; God called us to the trip and I know He expects us to work for the experience, but I know all in all, whatever goes down, He'll make it work out right. I can't wait for the 48 hours to be up, to say goodbye to Washington, and hello to Bolivia and all of its culture. I should probably start packing now, Angela Martin |
